Engine Startup Procedure:
A. Pre-Check and Setup: Verify that the wiring between the control board and the engine is securely connected. Check the fuel tank lines. Install one AA battery (1.5V). Fill the radiator with cooling water. Unscrew the dipstick located at the rear of the engine block, pour in lubricating oil to a depth of approximately 5mm, and then screw the dipstick back into place.
B. Fueling: Fill the fuel tank with 95-octane gasoline. Once refueling is complete, rotate the flywheel clockwise several times to ensure that the fuel mixture fully enters the cylinder; simultaneously, verify that no air bubbles remain within the fuel lines.
C. Starting the Engine: Turn on the power switch. Rapidly rotate the flywheel—located on the right side of the engine (the side where the power switch is situated)—in a clockwise direction to start the engine.
Engine Maintenance Procedures:
A. Water Cooling System: This engine model utilizes a water-cooling system for heat dissipation; therefore, it is imperative to fill the radiator with cooling water prior to each use. Upon completion of use, please drain the water to facilitate proper storage.
B. Operating Environment: Please ensure that the operating environment remains clean to prevent dust from entering the carburetor.
C. Carburetor Adjustment: The carburetor's fuel needle is pre-set to its optimal position and typically requires no significant adjustment. However, fine-tuning may be performed to accommodate different types of fuel.
D. Lubrication Maintenance: Unscrew the oil drain plug located at the rear of the engine body to drain the internal lubricating oil.
E. Battery Maintenance: Once the engine has ceased operation, please remove the battery and store it securely.
